Wife is Leaving Me

My wife of 15 years last night informed me that she would like a separation or a divorce kind of out of the blue.

I know she’s been struggling with my BP2 for a while but this is new. Diagnosed last year and on medication.

I’m completely lost and scared. In my process of treating BP2 I’ve gotten on a good sleep cycle but it’s triggered a manic episode in me.

Just any advice would be helpful. I’m heartbroken right now. Already got a call into my therapist who is seeing me tomorrow morning.
