What trading platform are you using to trade PLUG? Who's getting the half cent improvements?

Etrade was great last year, but my fills in this stock have been REALLY bad lately. 100m avg daily volume w/ no fill improvement doesn't add up. There should be a lot of loose liquidity out there with that much volume, and recent volatility should make it even looser. It appears to be there, based on the trade ticker, but not every platform is getting them.

Any platforms out there still getting robust price improvements?
