PS5 not updating 1.4 patch.

I haven’t seen any posts talking about this, I haven’t been able to log onto the game at all. my PS5 keeps telling me I need 358MB of storage free, I have 702.7GB free on my console and 1TB free on my external hard drive however I keep getting the same message about needing storage space free. I’ve cleared my console storage of old games, deleted all the pictures/videos and I don’t know what else to do.
