Mom remodeling my bathroom. I hate the new tile. What do yall think?

Everyone is telling me that basically I’m wrong and my tile is too old basically modern is better. The grey tile is tile from my room, which I paid for and she chose even though they are ugly as shit. I actually love my bathroom tile, but I agree the grout needs touchups if anybody has any solutions besides the grout paint it’d be greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry, but this house was built in the 1920s why are we trying to turn it modern? It’s a beautiful house, but the previous owners painted everything gray and they have kept it that way and ended up buying gray furniture. And now my mom hates our dining table, which is a beautiful tall wooden piece. I’m not sure what she would have wanted, but I’m guessing it would have been white or grey. I hate this modern look. Anyone disagree?
