I couldn’t believe that I had gotten into the best college in the country. An all girls university hundreds of years old called Auld Lafayette. This historic campus had created the brightest female minds of the generations, turning women into powerful leaders over the course of four years. My dream had been realized finally!

Preparations had been easy. I filled out a personality survey to pair me with my perfect roommate and the university had movers to personally move me in. I didn’t even have to lift a finger, just catch a flight out of my hometown that was also paid for by the university. In just a few years I’d be going to a prestigious law school, and a few years later I’d be wealthy and above my peers. Life was perfect.

Except, I didn’t understand the true nature of Auld Lafayette. Nobody did unless you were on the inside, it was a secret kept for hundreds of years. AL doesn’t just turn women into leaders, there’s a philosophy behind it. Women can be one of two things, a mistress or a bitch. I was unaware that the survey I had filled out determined that I was going to be a bitch, and my new roommate would be my mistress. Can I deny this philosophy? Can I break the system?
