واحد بهدد يلحق وراء الطالبات ويضربهم!!

There's this loser on Instagram who posted a video cursing female university students who don't dress to his liking because he and his friends "break their fast" or observe a "dog's fast" because of these women. He's wishing them death and things like that. He's threatening that if he sees a woman dressed like that again, he'll chase after her and beat her up. Can someone tell me how this student hasn't been expelled from the university and even imprisoned?
