I am having issues logging into my facebook app and making changes because of the inability to very security with MFA

I recently broke my phone and Ipad, where I was logged onto facebook and instagram.

My account is also connected to my old number. I rarely got on Facebook so I never changed it.

When I try to log into the app, I essentially get stuck in a loop where it req a code from the aforementioned devices or a code to my number. When I click the option to end me a code to loging from an email, it allows me to login via broswer from the email. It doent go through the process on the app.

When I try to remove the old devices from the browser, it doesnt allow me to do so--saying I am on a new device and cant make any changes.
