How to find childcare during school holidays?

Can I ask how parents are keeping full-time jobs while having children in school?

My daughter is due to start school, but I work full time. She's going to have half terms, inset days, the 6 week summer break, how are parents of the UK attending their job while their kids aren't at school?

I don't know anyone in the area, she has grandparents but the very most I could ask them to do would be two days a week because they're all in their 70's and it's unfair and unrealistic to think they could watch a toddler for 37.5 hours a week.

I can work from home but I have to be on calls to customers all day long which isn't possible with her with me.

Please help, I need ideas, and to understand because I cannot drop my full-time hours.
