Should I got for Dragon Quest 1+2 HD remake for Next Game or Dragon Quest & reimagined for Next Game

I finished Dragon quest 3 2D HD remake I also played the demo for 7 and enjoyed it.

I am in a situation where I will have lots of free time so I am wondering what the consensus it in next game to tackle.

I have been playing DragonQuest since they sent in the NES giveaway days in the long ago Era
