Weird sound with Buds 4 pro

Hey i just got the buds 4 pro today and i didn't notice anything wrong but when i put them in now, I hear a weird thud when tilting my head, to both sides, like something inside is moving and is hitting the sides, is this normal?

I set it on my night stand the last time I used them so they didn't get rattled or anything, this just randomly started
