2 weeks in and don't feel much

I added 150 XL Wellbutrin to my 125 mg zoloft to combat side effects from the Zoloft. I'm 2 weeks in and not feeling much different. I'm still tired and struggle to not sleep all morning. It hasn't helped my sexual numbness yet. And I don't feel any motivation to do anything like clean my house or get my life in order yet.
