I am a B.Pharm grad in June 2025 now I don't know what to do

I am a B.pharm graduate from June 2025 and now I want to have my career in Regulatory affairs but I don't want to do M.pharm. What should I do now? Is there any good pharma training institute for ra in medical devices or any other branch which will grow in future? Or should where should I start working and on what basis should I work on? Are there any startup that will hire me? I am so confused rn
