Do you actually use any loyalty app for your clients?

I keep seeing people either still using paper punch cards or saying they tried some app and gave up halfway through.

Do you have anything running? Points, rewards for regulars, anything like that?

If you do — what is it? Is it actually working or more hassle than it's worth?

If you don't — what stopped you? Too expensive, too complicated, clients don't care, or just never found anything decent?

Asking because I've been looking into what's out there and everything seems built for big retail chains, not for people running their own shop. Wondering if that's just my impression or if you feel the same.
