Pregnant after three losses

I’m 7w2d, and can’t shake the feeling that this is going to end in another loss. My symptoms have been waning this week — super light nausea that comes and goes, mild cramping, sore boobs, light fatigue.

I had a positive ultrasound last week where I saw a fetal pole, yolk sack and flickering heartbeat. But I wish my symptoms were stronger. 🫩

Has anyone had a successful fourth pregnancy after loss, with mild symptoms?
