Could the next James Bond actor get a consistent quality in movies?

have you guys noticed that every James Bond actor (bar Lazenby and Dalton) started off good and then as time goes on, it’s a hit and miss? this happened to Connery, Moore, Brosnan and Craig.

For the next era, I would love for the next James Bond actor to have a consistent run where he has excellent movies, not start off good and then things go downhill from there.

Of course this is just wishful thinking, given that the creative direction could change but stil it would be nice.
