About Cerise's living situation (Yaksi Gozen and Vampigami Spoiler)

In Vampigami after Cerise left the movie theater she told the car to drive her home. In Yaksi Gozen Cerise appears instantly besides Tomoe after Kagami leaves.

If Cerise doesn't use some kind of teleportation magic then she lives with Tomoe and Kagami in the Tsurigi's Building.

Tomoe might be blind and Cerise's accomplice, but how does Kagami not know there's a "Lila" living a few rooms away from her?
