Feeling fucked up and I'm in this slump for too long
I used to be someone who studied almost every day in school. Back then there was always this fear like fear of not scoring well, fear of being judged by people, and the fear of feeling like a failure. In a strange way, that fear kept me going.
But now I’m in college and everything feels completely different. My classes run from 9:30 to 4:30, and it’s honestly exhausting. The classes are really boring and I just don’t feel connected to anything we’re learning. I don’t even feel like going to college most days.
Even when I get enough sleep, I still feel tired all the time. There are small stressful things happening every week, and they keep piling up. I’ve never really been in a phase like this before, and I don’t even know what I’m supposed to feel.
Most days I just come home and do nothing. I sit, overthink a lot, and then the day just passes. I don’t study, I don’t work toward anything. And that’s what makes me feel worse, because it makes me feel like a loser.
I’m literally crying while writing this because I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I used to be someone who at least tried. Now it feels like I don’t even try anymore.
