Looking for a new top loader washer and a new dryer

Due to the location of where these appliances will be, front loader is not an option. My appliances are in a tight closet in a corridor with two other doors (bathroom and garage). The washer and dryer nearly touch the double doors to their closet, so no way to air out. We can’t afford speed queen and don’t want to hunt and buy used.

What are the next options for top loaders. At this point in our research, we are assuming we won’t get 10+ years out of them like our current set, so we can get something now and another set in 10.

We are a big family, play sports and have micro bakery. We wash a ton.
