ADDITIONAL INFO

I am about to make a $6,000 purchase, looking at these two cards for their SUBs. I primarily use points to travel internationally, and I'm torn between these two cards.

I see more benefit from Chase transfer partners than Capital One. If there are better cards that come to mind, please share them!

——

For Venture X:

  • 85,000 mile SUB
  • I would use the benefits of the Venture X card, likely meeting the annual fee with credits, but only for one year.
  • I don't travel to locations with lounges frequently, and I am willing to pay to enter a lounge if needed.
  • I already have rental car coverage through my Chase Sapphire Preferred card and don't stay at hotels often.

——

For Chase Ink Business:

  • 100,000 point SUB
  • I prefer the Chase transfer partners
  • I will not meet $150,000 in spend for 3x points
  • I do not use DashPass, and I rarely use Lyft
  • I will not use this card often after opening it

If there are better cards that come to mind, please share them! Thanks!
