Termination without a cause - should I sign?

Hey guys,
I have a question regarding my employer.

They let me go on Wednesday with a termination without cause, and they gave me 72 hours to decide whether I want to work until the end of my notice period or if I want to be paid instead. They offered me double the notice of what I’m legally entitled to. My question is:

I want more time to decide. Can I tell them I need more time? And if they say no, can they just decide for me, even if I haven’t signed anything?
