Can't expand Volume on DH2300 after HDD upgrade (RAID 1)
Hi everyone,
I'm using a DH2300. Until last week, I was using a couple of 500GB HDDs, but I recently upgraded to increase my storage. Following the official guide, I successfully swapped the drives, migrated my data, and expanded the storage pool.
However, I'm now stuck trying to expand the Volume. In some tutorials (though I'm not sure which model they were using), there is an "Expand" option shown, but I don't see that on my system. On my end, the window looks like this:
Additionally, I can't create a second Volume. I get the following error: "Creation Requirement: the capacity must exceed 10GB and be in normal status." Both of these conditions are met, so I'm not sure why it's failing.
My current setup:
- Model: DH2300
- Drives: 2x 1TB HDDs in RAID 1
- Filesystem: EXT4
How can I expand the Volume to utilize the full drive capacity without having to format everything and copy the data back?
Thanks in advance for the help.
