Army CA Recoupent

BLUFing this. I passed my exam within the timelines specified by my CA. I uploaded documentation showing a passing grade but I’m pending recoupment. Something isn’t reflecting.

I have reached out to my local ED Center who have told me they can’t change anything, I have reached out to EVERY CA department on Army Ignited to include every group mailbox I have been redirected to and yet still no resolve.

I just dropped a line to my IG and I’m about to drop one into the Ft. Knox ICE box (probably should have done this first) but where do I go from here?
