So I'm thinking about deleting all of my Skyrim saves and just starting over. I have about 15 saves.

So I'm having sort of a weird problem. I have so many saves, maybe a thousand hours on this version of Skyrim alone, and it's discouraged me from playing. The issue is that Skyrim seems to save the difficulty and survival mode setting for whatever save you played most recently, and apply it to whatever save file you next load. So I'm getting my legendary survival mode playthrough mixed up with my easy beast mode playthrough. And everything in between. I'm also getting my backstories mixed up. I know I could start a notepad and keep records going forward, but that doesn't help me with my previous saves.

Should I just start over?
