Any ideas to make small wedding feel special?

For context, my fiancé and I are getting married in the Catholic Church and then we plan to have a dinner with 50 guests in the evening. For the dinner, we are renting a party room at a restaurant, but there will be no room for a dance, just the dinner and mingling. I’m trying to think of ideas to set it apart from any other ordinary dinner. We plan on doing a sign in/cake table and minimal decorations. But other than that I’m not sure what else to do?
