Bel-air Villas Lipa

I’m 25 yo and new to buying properties.

Ask ko lang if it’s worth it to buy a property in Bel-air Villas Lipa. 260sqm lot area, 165 floor area for roughly 14.3M. Balak ko ideferred payment. 2 years no interest and 1 year 14% in house. Kapag bank kasi is aabot ng 22M with interest.

Dalawa lang kami ng partner ko na titira + our 2 cats, 4 dogs (hence the chosen lot area).

Is this too overpriced? Or fairly priced na din?
