Southeast Asian Servers constantly disconnecting

I'm in Vietnam, just got back at the game since Season 1 but the server has been absolutely unbearable compared to the last time I played. I got constantly disconnected to the point I got suspended for hours. I know for sure this isn't my internet because plenty of vietnamese OW players are complaining too. I resorted to use cloudflare WARP but it's still inconsistent.

Any fellow SEA players experiencing this lately too? And is this a known issue for Blizzard yet?
