Idol of War: Chargeable item that grants penance or vampyrism effects

The idol would be purchaseable from War for marks of war.

It can be charged up to 24 hours by using blood runes, bones and coins.

It can be switched between penance and vampyrism mode at will.

While holding it in inventory, the item loses charge and grants the effect chosen.
