What’s it like at Wealthsimple for senior dev+ or managers?

Hi all, I’m moving back to Canada in a few years and WS fully remote 200k+ TC caught my eye.

I will be applying as L5 (maybe L6) with 8 yoe at FAANG. I only saw senior dev positions open on https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/wealthsimple, but wondering if they hire staff engineers as well.

Management is also a possibility, how does the ladder look like for devs vs managers?

If you work at WS, can you tell me about the company, your team’s culture and organizational leadership? esp. wrt planning, commitments, timelines etc.
