Payment Platform Alternatives to Paypal?

I run a small business that hosts community sporting events. On every transaction Paypal is taking damn near 10%, which sucks but I've figured is standard. Recently I had a buyer open a dispute over transactions spanning 4+ months, in that time the service was rendered each time, but Paypal didn't hesitate to side with the buyer despite me providing evidence of services rendered. What's more is they charged me a $15 fee per each individual case (~5 for the given customer).

What alternatives to Paypal do you guys use? I need to integrate it with my website, and it must have subscription capabilities. I hate Paypal for the reasons above and beyond, and would love to support something smaller.
