Question to married folks. Please answer.

I will marry soon in next 1-2 years. I am suffering from this shit since 10 years at stage 2. Thankfully, it never crossed stage 2 after using benzoyl peroxide and Ozenoxacin cream. My question to married folks, how much is the chance that our progeny will get this shit? I don't wish HS or other shitass skin diseases even to my worst enemies. I don't want my future people to suffer from this.
