Does anyone else experience back pain and abdominal pain a week after period

I’ve noticed the past year that the week after my period I have extreme lower back pain that radiates to my hips and upper back. I’ll also feel super bloated and heavy and experience frequent urination. This will last for about a week and a half sometimes two weeks. I’ve gotten an abdominal ultrasound and nothing and a transvag about a year ago now and it showed just a small cyst. Does anyone else experience this ?
