Anyone have any details on looking for a specific radio performance?

I’m looking for a supposed Elliott Smith performance on Washington DC’s WHFS station from mid to late 90s? He was supposedly recording at Omega Recording Studios in DC. I’ve scoured through some tour dates on Tumblr but it’s not listed on there. Curious if anyone has any specific information about this performance or any audio. Thanks!
