Shipping Experience with Muji USA

Hi everyone! I've been a long time Muji customer but I've heard so many horror stories about shopping on the Muji USA website: delayed shipping, fake customer service Ken, missing/wrong items and difficulty to process returns/refund.

I wonder if anyone's experience has changed recently. Thank you!
