How is Skylar a victim?

Why do people treat Skylar like an innocent victim? Walt never once threatened her in anyway. She is clearly like the wife from the sopranos. She loves the money but wants to avoid the actual work and keep her “moral purity” and just blame their husband while they cash the checks. If she really wanted this over she would have seriously threatened to call Hank to get Walt to stop or actually call Hank and Walk would be arrested in the hour. But she didn’t want to give up the money. She only cries and lashes out when she is overly stressed or in fear or especially when someone calls her on her bullshit. She didn’t deserve the ending she got she should have went to prison.
