Need Guidance in this matter please 🙏

Last year in March when I was in London, England. I got an e-bike from Zoomo LTD on weekly rent and paid a security deposit for a minimum weeks contract , but after using that e-bike for few weeks , one day outside my residence someone damaged it , after that I tried to book an appointment for a repair with the company and they said they don’t have any slot available until the next week , to which I replied the damaged e-bike is of no use and I’m not using it still it’s costing me rent so either fix it/ repair it or take it back , either I can come or the company can come to collect , they again said if they will come to collect they charge extra £100 , so either you’ve to wait 10-14 days for a repair ( which will cost me two weeks rent plus repair cost ) or either I have to go to central London to submit the e-bike , so I decided to wait for them to come and collect but i told them that I can’t pay the extra £100 collection fee which is totally unfair as they already deducted my security deposit because I didn’t meet minimum weeks timeline and was returning the e-bike before that time, after few days e-bike was stolen , I informed both the police and the company , Zoomo LTD asked for a reference number and I provided them the incident number the police gave me , later they said actually they themselves recovered the e-bike and it was not stolen , and you’ve to deadline to return the missing items like the battery , charger etc , I told them that I’ve already given the reference number from police, I’ve been paying anti theft damage cover fee ( Insurance) other than weekly rent that should cover the missing or stolen item to which they replied I need to give them again incident number from police and then they will again send a new invoice to pay for missing items cause they sent me £800 invoice earlier for just two batteries and they were not even worth that much , it’s been a year to this incident and now they have given my information to a debt collection company and today they emailed me that I’ve to pay £1058 before 10th march otherwise they will take a legal action against me ,

What should I do now , I’m a student who is under lot of stress already due to stress I also got tinnitus in July 2025 💔
