Low damage

I'm a dw sword fury warrior with t3/ naxx gear with 315 wep skill but I feel like my dps is just lacking compared to others in my raid. I'm not sure if im doing anything wrong and wanted to get some possible suggestions of how to up my damage or why it's lower than others.
