Just finished my first playthrough of Requiem

WOW, holy moly that was insane, what a ride, definitely my favourite of the whole series for me, a love letter to the franchise as a whole with loads of callbacks and Easter eggs for us, the split between the pacing for graces sections and Leon's is so well done and the way they're built around the characters is just magnificent, I'm in awe, I can't wait to get stuck into my second run on insanity difficulty, wow, just wow, I fucking adore Resident Evil, every time a new one comes out it's just consistent perfection, there has not been a RE game I've not loved, aw man, I'm so happy with that, honestly it's everything I wanted it to be and more! An example of a game more than living up to the hype, even exceeding it!
