Joint pain and tiredness

Hello :)

I was recently diagnosed with crohns after experiencing symptoms since last june that progressively became worse and just before christmas i took all the tests and did a colonoscopy and mri that showed crohns.

Now im on budesonid since 1,5 month and are nearly symptom free except some light gut pain. I started with 9 mg budesonid and now 6mg and next month 3 mg.

But i have suddenly began to experience a lot of joint pain in combination with immense tiredness. Ive heard that this is a symptom but does it get better somehow or what can i do to ease the pain and the tiredness? Hopefully i will get on biologic soon, will that help also for the pain and tiredness?

Also my mother and brother have Ulcerative colitis. Anyone else has this in the family like this?
