Reconstituting 10ML Cagrilintide?

I was wondering how much to reconstitute it and when to take it. I’ve seen people say it works better when taken with your gpl, but my order comes in Monday and I take my Reta on Wednesday. Does it actually matter when I take it? Like ofc I know to take it once a week but could I take it Monday or should I wait and take it Wednesday?
