Sim racing with Laptop and external monitor?

Hello, I have an HP Omen 16 (2023) with following specs

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900H 2.50 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) DDR5

GPU NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop GPU (6GB) with TDP of 80W

I bought a Playseat Trophy cockpit with moza r9 motor and v2 wheel. Can I make this work?
I am looking for monitor suggestions for this hardware wth maximum output and any sim games that would fit my current hardware specs. Only planning to use my laptop to play the game. Any suggestions would help. thanks guys!!
