Should i go?

Hey. I am in india right now and i have to come back to dubai to continue my college (it starts on 23rd). Any chances they will give online class options? They announced early spring break from 9-22. I am kinda worried that if i do come i might be stuck in war. Problem is they might take exams from 23rd.
