An old damaged PC and its OneTab

I had a collection of saved tabs on my old laptop that is now broken unfortunately - I simply cannot switch it on.

As far as I'm concerned, the sync feature hasn't been introduced yet, so my question is as follows: if I remove the hard drive from the laptop to transfer the data stored on it, will I be able to access my old OneTab archive as well?
