Overcome w/Intense Urges to Release Sexual Tension

On a typical day, I 58 M get hit by ~6 (= 2 overnight/waking up + 1 morning + 1 afternoon + 2 evening/before bedtime) these off-the-chart sexual urges. I fantasize about having a FWB matching my drive, but it usually ends with me playing with myself. As far as I can remember this has been the case. The feeling is pure pleasure, unlike anything I have experienced in my lifetime. On the flip side the time spent taking care of my needs is time that lost to engage in other activities life has to offer. Does anyone relate to this and how do you manage?
