Mobile moped mechanic?

I have a (Chinese) 50cc moped that won’t start. I’ve tried starter fluid and changing the spark plug, but it still won’t start. The nearest shop that will service these things is about 10 miles from me and my AAA policy doesn’t cover towing it. Does anyone happen to know of any mobile mechanics that would take a look at it in situ?
