Feeling hopeless after CT scan results

Been lurking this sub for months but got CT scan results today that are making me feel pretty low. Wondering if anyone else has been here.

I had FESS 5 years ago - it was brutal and the recovery took forever. But for about 4 years I was doing great. Then last spring i started feeling immense pressure in my head and wooziness. And sinus rinses would make me feel like i was underwater for some reason. Got diagnosed w a sinus infection and put on some antibiotics, which helped—but then the symptoms came back. Same thing happened again with a different ENT. Went on a third round in January and the symptoms came back again.

I feel fatigue all the time now, and I wake up with sore muscles. My hands and feet feel cold and tingly. I can breathe through my nose fine— but in the mornings i have thick yellowish mucous. Brain fog, head pressure, and I always feel like I need to lie down.

Got a CT scan and these were the pertinent part of the results. Only have the report, not the images—

Spoke with the ENT and he basically said yes, your symptoms are definitely most likely sinus caused - the left side blockage confirms it. Especially since I've responded well to antibiotics in the past. But since you're already doing maximal treatment - i.e., sinus rinse and fluticasone spray every day -- there's nothing more you can do. Besides maybe getting surgery again - but a second surgery has a higher chance of being unsuccessful.

I really don't want surgery again. What should i do? Do I beg for more antibiotics? Change my diet? Should I see a rheumatologist -- has anyone looked into the idea of it being an auto-immune condition that's exacerbating the response to sinus bacteria?

I just feel like my whole life is running at 50% of what it once was. And being told there's nothing more I can do feels like a knife in the heart.

Anyway, thanks for reading.
