Does the Ruffle emulator work to play lost YouTube videos?

I wanted to use the Ruffle emulator, which is a Flash emulator, but the problem is that the Ruffle emulator only works for YouTube videos. For example, when I'm looking for a lost video or something, and when I copy the link and save it to the Wayback Machine, and then save the lost webpage, and then start the Ruffle emulator, it appears The video playback, but is it true or was it a lie?
