[KF3] Toggle Sprint Not Working

If I have toggle sprint enabled or disabled they both work the same. I have to keep the key pressed to continue to sprint. I figured toggle meant press the key once and you keep sprinting until it has been disrupted.

Do I perhaps have another key associated with toggle prevented this from working? Or am I misunderstanding the purpose?
