Crash log data?

Is there a way to see the actual cause of a crash in the logs, or what the reporter thinks caused it?

After Ch. 3, I'm hitting frequent crashes, in addition to the overall poor performance (lag, rubberbanding, etc..) I can't tell from what little is in those text files what the cause might be. It could be AMD's shitty drivers and Adrenaline software, but at present, the only game that I have issues with is Dune, so I'm left wondering if there's something in those that might shed some light on what's going on.
