Max and heavy not putting items on table (pokernight

I figured id ask this here because the pokernight subreddit seems to have very little active people and it does involve tf2 items. ive been pressing new game everytime they dont put the pistol or iron curtain up for the buy in(i already got the glasses and watch), but ive already did it like 80 times or more today and they just dont show up. The iron curtain showed up 3 times already and the pistol showed up once before my whole pressing 'new game' spree(didnt get them because im not that good at poker). Why arent they showing up again?
