Do you guys think Mark had his dad in mind while making Iron Lung?

This question has been on my mind for the past week or so ever since I got “The Story of Why I Love Space” in my recommended videos again, considering Iron Lung is a movie set in a post-apocalyptic universe that focuses on space exploration. And since Mark’s love for space is primarily because of his father, the thought hasn’t left my mind that perhaps in a way, Mark was partially inspired by his dad to make this movie because of their shared love for space, not unlike the way it influenced the making of “In Space with Markiplier”. The game itself has a great setting for that narrative too, and I feel like Mark could have been drawn to it because of how expansive its story could be, but also because of that connection he has to the environment. Maybe I’m just rambling, but I’d like to think there was at least some partial influence there. One thing’s for sure, I just know his father would be so proud of him for even making the movie in the first place, and for the success that followed. 🥹
